Complaint Process for Unhappy Customers:

Detailed Description: Attach detailed information, including pictures, to help us understand the issue fully.
Resolution: If a defect is acknowledged, ew’ll provide a replacement product or an item of similar value. We do not accept product returns; defective items may be disposed of.
Refund Policy: We do not issue refunds to the original payment method. Any associated bank charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipment Delays: Printmax cannot control delays caused by customs/logistics. However, we strive to expedite shipments from our end.
Delivery Attempts and Disposal: Ensure accurate delivery details and contact numbers. Two delivery attempts will be made, and if unsuccessful after 5 days at the destination, the parcel will be disposed of.
Duties and Taxes: Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or government levies. Our shipping charges cover transportation to the specified address at the time of order.
